The Clare Children’s Disability Network Team (CDNT) provides specialist therapeutic assessment and intervention to children with complex disabilities and/or developmental delay in the Clare catchment area. The service is a partnership between Enable Ireland, the Brothers of Charity (Clare) and the HSE.
The service is child and family centred and is offered across a range of settings. These may include the centre, home, school and preschool as appropriate.
Children access services from 0-18 years if they present with complex needs.

Clare Children Services CDNT have personnel from the following disciplines:
- Physiotherapy
- Occupational Therapy
- Speech and Language Therapy
- Social Work
- Early Intervention Resource Person
- Paediatric Link Worker
- Early Intervention Educators
- Psychology
All of these disciplines are supported by a Children’s Disability Network Manager, Administrator & Clerical personnel.
