Invitation to Get Further Information and Offer Your Voice in the New Progressing Disability Services (PDS) HSE National Programme

Dear Parents/Guardians,

You are invited to attend a regional discussion hosted on Zoom on Friday 17^th of September from 10am to 12pm by the Disabilities Section HSE/East Limerick Team.

The PDS programme aims to provide a fairer pathway to supports and change the way children aged 0-18 years and their families access and receive their clinical services.

This is an opportunity to discuss and offer your opinion on how services are delivered for you and your children.
